I’m Bitterly Sweet

Do you love to eat sweets with a combination of bitter taste? Raise your hand if you do.

It’s Tabrilla time! Say it! TA-BRI-LLA!! Don’t be a bitter one.

Tabrilla is usually the other term for Tablea de Cacao or Tablea Chocolate.  Tabrilla is usually tablet like in shape. Other tablea chocolates are balls and square like.It is traditionally made from ground cacao beans and sugar and molded manually.

This woman I met is passionately in love with tabrilla. She told me that when she was a child her family serves tabrilla to visitors during fiestas. Partnering with the native kakainin like ibos and latik.

And now, she sets her own tabrilla business in Catanduanes

You also need to consider the product that you are selling, you must consider its taste, as well as the packaging and also the shape. You must also importantly consider the health benefits that your product have.
